Calcium is a mineral that  necessary for the life to building bones and keeping it healthy. About 99 percent of the calcium is in our bodies especially in bones and teeth. Every day, we lose calcium through our skin, nails, hair, sweat, urine and feces.Moreover, sources of Calcium include dairy products, such as low-fat and non-fat milk, yogurt and cheese are high in calcium, Certain green vegetables,soymilk, cereals, snacks,and  breads.
